About This Role
We are looking for a self motivated, goal driven and positive intern to join our Creative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire, adapt, and apply the various skill sets required in the ever-evolving landscape of content marketing, brand and social media marketing.
Reporting to our Regional Marketing Designer, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with our creative team to play an important role in crafting compelling content and visually engaging designs that will enhance our brand presence and resonate with our target audience.
The successful candidate will be reporting to Regional Marketing Designer, Benjamin Ong.
S/he will take ownership from collaboration with stakeholders and business managers, design, delivery, quality assurance to performance, and be responsible for delivering high-quality creative deliverables that exceed customer expectations alongside with the team.
This is an internship with a minimum duration of 6 months. This is a group level role based in Singapore.

As a Creative & Social Intern, your key objectives will be to:
- Craft various digital design deliverables such as social media visuals, paid ads, infographics, banners, and other digital assets
- Support the creative execution of campaign adaptations for paid and social media channels
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly editorial calendars, writing captions and scheduling content on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the Circles.Life blog.
- Support end to end creative projects through concept to crafting ideas through production and post production
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects etc.) or similar design software
- Ability to communicate copywriting and design decisions to team members and has a great sense of ownership and takes pride in seeing his/her ideas come to life
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and translate them into engaging copy and visuals
- Loves to take storyboard, and direct short-form videos suitable for TikTok / IG
- Strong understanding of typography, color and visual layout
- Ability to empathize with your audience and can anticipate user needs
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Adept to fast-paced working environments
- Ability to do motion graphics is a huge bonus
