We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, marketing, and business development, with the ability to take full responsibility for organizing and executing events. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. The position involves managing about two events per month across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management (60%)
- Coordinate with event organizers and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee the setup and design of event booths, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively represent the brand.
- Manage the booth during events, engaging with attendees and promoting our services.
- Handle post-event activities, including follow-up communications and analysis of event success.
- Possess a strong understanding of event design and the ability to create engaging event experiences.
Marketing (20%)
- Support general marketing activities and campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter to promote events and engage with the audience.
Business Development B2B2C (20%)
- Actively network and build relationships with potential clients and partners at events.
- Be willing to travel once a month to attend and manage events.
- Demonstrate a passion for business development and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management and marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events and marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for event management.
- Willingness to travel once a month to various locations for events.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter.
