We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Point of Care sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team focused on Point of Care products. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for Point of Care products to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Point of Care sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the Point of Care market.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence in the Point of Care segment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform Point of Care sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for Point of Care products.
- Provide training and support to the Point of Care sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Requiements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry in Singapore, preferably with a focus on Point of Care products.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.
