Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant (Inbound Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Engage in professional telesales activities, promptly addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving issues while anticipating their needs.
• Maintain high accuracy in sales quotations and sales orders, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
• Partner closely with the Sales Manager to create and implement effective sales and service strategies, striving to achieve or surpass sales targets for designated products through telesales efforts.
• Candidates with backgrounds in sales, telesales, or customer service are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven high level of competency and consistent performance as a professional contributor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with skills in mentoring and coaching team members.
