Key Responsibilities include:
· Lead and manage the entire project with our selected partners to deliver key deliverables and timelines.
· Develop win-win partnerships through innovative solutioning and creative loan structuring.
· Structure and execute loan arrangements with partners and participating SMEs of loan programmes.
· Work with internal stakeholders like Credit & Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Technology teams to design & execute loan programmes with partner platforms.
· Track performance of live partnerships with explicit KPIs.
· Manage partnership and loan pipelines against targets and KPIs.
· Develop a strong pipeline of loans and partnerships.
· Keep abreast of all new digital lending and related fintech initiatives in the region.
· Desktop research on latest financing products, fintech trends and business operations
· Business Operations - Brand Strategy and Marketing
o Website and social media content creation
o Liaise and coordinate resources with group marketing team
o Creation of pitch and marketing deck
· Business Operations - Loan Operations and administrative duties which includes, but not limited to:
o Data and Funds reconciliation
o Processing loan documentation
o Booking of loans in loan booking system
o Other ad hoc administrative duties
· Process Mapping
· Being able to operate in key S.E Asian markets such as Malaysia and Thailand to seek business opportunities, network and execute plans
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-3 years working experience in the areas of Business Development, Partnerships or Product/Project management.
· Proactive and can-do attitude is a must
· Healthy sense of curiosity towards learning
· Experience or exposure to Fintech or B2B Platforms / businesses is a bonus
· Highly independent and resourceful and able to thrive in a start-up like environment
· Willing to learn and actively contribute to problem solving
· Market knowledge in Malaysia or Thailand, with existing networks will be an advantage
· Proficiency in 1 additional S.E Asian language will be an advantage (Bahasa, Thai) (To be able to communicate and operate in key S.E Asian markets such as Malaysia and Thailand)
· Be willing to be stationed overseas including but not limited to South East Asian countries for extended periods of time, as and when required.
