New Curriculum - Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core
NTU is transforming its education objectives to provide a holistic education grounded in future-ready skills which will prepare our graduates for lifelong learning and global citizenship. In this connection, the School of EEE is looking for an adjunct assistant professor who has successfully adapted himself/herself to work in different fields by developing new skillsets based on the engineering foundation he/she has acquired. The ideal candidate should have work experience in engineering as well as non-engineering field, for example, strategic planning and business operation. He/she is expected to give guest lectures on engineering and non-engineering subjects, providing strategic links to companies in new and high-growth industries that make use of cutting-edge technologies to drive economic growth and productivity, and serve as a good role model for our undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Responsibilities
- Conduct guest lectures in engineering and/or non-engineering subjects, especially those that are interdisciplinary in nature.
- Speak and/or serve as a judge at EEE's in-reach and outreach events and activities.
- Link EEE with exciting companies in new and high-growth industries that make use of cutting-edge technologies for their business operation.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for our undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Requirements
Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- A PhD degree in an engineering discipline from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of work experience in more than one industry.
- More than 3 years of managerial and/or leadership experience.
- Have been involved in both engineering and non-engineering work.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
