Key Information:
- Location: Outram Park
- Working Hours: On Activation Basis
- Salary: $15 per hour
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Offer first-level assistance as part of the helpline support team
- Document customer interactions, comments and complaints
- Oversee the operation and management of the ChatBot
- Training Provided
Job Requirements:
- Min. NITEC
- MUST have Call Centre Experience
- MUST be able to work on weekends and PH
- Computer Literate
- Candidates with law enforcement (legal/investigation) experience are preferred
