Roles & Responsibilities
1. Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.2. Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests.3. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.4.
Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.5. Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.6. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Very good interpersonal skills and pleasing attitude
- Should be courteous and present yourself with a pleasant attitude.
- 6-day work week
