- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors and Managers assigned under his/her portfolio
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc
- Prepare invoices and billing documents for payment or reimbursement purposes
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports.
- Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database
- Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Willing to learn in-house software
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English
- Good working knowledge of MS office applications
- Comfortable with the use of different softwares in day to day activities
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP systems will be advantageous
- An eye for detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
