  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Maintain the general ledger by posting accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
  • Manage accounts payable and collection / receivable, ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Oversee fixed assets by updating the register, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Inventory management
  • Update leave form
  • Send out Monthly SOA
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in AR & AP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good in Pivot table.
