Senior Finance Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for the financial accounting of the Singapore company, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Responsible for local banking tasks in Singapore, including opening bank accounts, cooperating with bank due diligence, maintaining and managing bank accounts to ensure their normal operation, and handling bank receipts and payments
• Responsible for basic tax work for the Singapore company, including the accrual and payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST), corporate income tax filing, and other related tasks
• Review business contracts, payment orders, and other documents related to the Singapore company
• Liaise with intermediaries responsible for preparing company registration and other documents, including annual inspection materials and other government documents

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of financial work experience
• Possess basic knowledge of Singapore tax, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and corporate income tax
• proactive, clear logical thinking, and a strong sense of teamwork

岗位职责：

1、负责新加坡公司的财务核算，按月出具财务报表等，并确保准确及时；

2、负责新加坡当地的银行工作，包括银行账户开立、配合银行尽调、维护和管理银行账户保证其正常运营、银行收付款处理等

3、负责新加坡公司的基础税务工作，包括消费税的计提与支付、公司所得税申报等；

4、 审核与新加坡公司有关的业务合同、付款单等

5、 对接中介负责公司工商等文件资料的准备，包括公司年检资料及其他政府文件等；

任职要求：

1、 3-5年财务工作经验；

2、 具备新加坡税务的基本知识，包括消费税，公司所得税等；

3、 积极主动，有清晰的逻辑思维，并有较强的团队意识；

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
