Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, acquire, and manage clients, building long-term partnerships to fulfill their recruitment needs.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management from first contact to placement.
  • Candidate Management: Engage with candidates, screen for fit, manage interviews, and handle the offer and negotiation process.
  • Collaboration: If needed, collaborate with the Talent Sourcing Partner for sourcing candidates or the Client Success Partner for additional client support.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including client acquisition and candidate management, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong ability to manage both client relationships and the full recruitment process independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule in a commission-based environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
