Job Responsibilities
- Drive account management to exceed sales targets in Singapore, nurturing strong, ongoing partnerships with Distribution Partners to ensure consistent orders.
- Visit clients regularly to assess satisfaction, introduce product updates, and understand future needs, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable supplier.
- Develop outreach initiatives targeting consultants and electrical contractors, expanding our customer base for high-value projects.
- Utilize technical expertise to create accurate quotations, aligning product recommendations with client needs.
- Support distributors via client meetings, events, and technical assistance, promoting team collaboration and market insight sharing.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within your region, and report on sales activities, project developments, and new opportunities.
- Meet personal and team sales targets as per budget forecasts.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or site visits.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on company’s products.|
Requirements
- Background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years in international sales.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with experience in energy or automation.
- Familiarity with power generation, gen-set, and combustion engine control markets is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
- Regional travelling is required.
