The Administrative team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the school and assists the school leaders in matters pertaining to financial, personnel and general administration of the school.
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory management, records management, over counter customer service etc. This is a position of trust and it is likely you will become aware of sensitive, confidential and private information that must not be disclosed to unauthorised personnel.

Efficient and Effective Office and Service Administration

Key Accountabilities
Efficient and Effective Office and Service Administration
- Assist in the financial operations, including collection of finances, processing of payments and claims, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and funding requirements
- Assist in procurement matters and processes as well as the management of contracts, as required
- Assist in the coordination and administration of student matters such as admission, withdrawals and record keeping
- Assist in the coordination and administration of personnel matters such as engagement of relief staff and providing advice to staff on HR aspects to support alignment with RC’s values and policiesSupport the implementation of security and safety procedures and measures on campus
- Provide over counter duties, ensuring that queries are attended to promptly and with good service attitude
- Assist the campus leaders in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, such as students, parents, teachers, vendors and the broader community
- Support smooth execution of events
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
