We are a dynamic small to medium-sized company in the F&B industry with 30 years of experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive team member who can work independently. It is essential that you are familiar with applying for work permits and navigating the MOM website. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for providing weekly reports on their progress, as much of the work will be conducted autonomously.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings and applying work permits for foreigners
Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding processes for new employees.
2. Manage Employees & HR Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Manage the preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employee contracts, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR documentation and procedures.
Support in handling employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management and government bodies as required.
Handle audits and inspections related to HR and administrative functions.
5. Financial Related
Data entry of daily sales of each outlet information into excel sheets
Prepare monthly report and report to the Director which includes and not limited to profit and loss of each outlet and company
