Job Title: Arcade Amusement Center Service Crew
Position Overview
As a member of the Arcade Amusement Center Service Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will assist in the operation of arcade games, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and order in the facility, and perform various tasks to support the overall operation of the center.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Assist guests with game instructions, prize redemption, and general inquiries.
Game Operation:Monitor and maintain arcade games and equipment.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on arcade machines.
Ensure all games are operational and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Cash Handling:Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
Process payments for game tokens, tickets, and merchandise.
Facility Maintenance:Keep the arcade clean and organized.
Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces and game equipment.
Team Collaboration:Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of arcade games and equipment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
