ECCO Shoes Singapore is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic temporary sales promoters to join our team and play a key role in promoting our shoes. If you have a passion for creating memorable retail experiences and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you
Salary: $12 per hour
Location: Causeway Point
Date: 18th - 24th November 2024
DESCRIPTION
Engage in meaningful interactions and providing excellent customer service
Attend to all customers and demonstrate effective selling skills and product knowledge
Establish customers' requirements using questioning techniques and listening skills
Make good recommendations of ECCO shoes to customers
Advise customers on maintenance and care of ECCO shoes
Close sales to customers' satisfaction
Handle customer feedback, returns and after-sales service
Take part in the training to obtain in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times
Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths
Monitor stock and ensure optimal inventory
Simple stock replenishment request
Keep track of all ins and outs of inventory including sales, transfers, returns
Perform other on-site tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in retail or sales would be advantageous
Willingness to learn and commit
Must commit at least 6 days
