Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing business growth, identifying market opportunities to meet strategic targets and drive customer acquisition in the environmental management business
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagements to establish and target new markets, improving sales and acquire new business
Develop and keep clients account strategy in line with company business plan, to achieve profitable revenue growth and increase company market share
Ensure deal-related issues are proactively addressed
Close collaboration with other inhouse departments to propose, plan and execute pre and post operational requirements
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
Strong strategic and analytic thinking ability with good project management, account management and organisational skills
Ability to flourish with minimum guidance, be proactively handle challenges and multi-task
Preparation of tenders, contracts, quality proposal and presentations to clients
Highly motivated to seek new business to drive growth and able to work in a customer-fronting, fast-paced environment
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Possess own vehicle
