DAY TO DAY DUTIES
What will I be doing?
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate a team to ensure high-quality standards in all cleaning operations. You’ll support your team in executing their tasks while also performing specific operational duties as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a cleaning team to meet daily objectives and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all office spaces.
Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleaning quality issues and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain stock levels by overseeing supplies and coordinating with the procurement team for timely restocking.
Report and document maintenance needs and liaise with relevant departments to arrange for repairs and replacements.
Operational Cleaning Duties
Ensure team members are carrying out floor care and surface cleaning in all office areas, including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets.
Oversee the thorough cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, and mopping floors.
Monitor glass and window cleaning, including dusting shelves and clearing cobwebs.
Ensure dusting of furniture, office equipment, and workstations is performed regularly.
Oversee pantry cleaning and trash removal across all staff areas.
The Ideal Candidate
Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
Open to receiving and giving constructive feedback.
Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning machines, chemicals, and tools (training provided).
Familiar with workplace safety and health standards and practices.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality service and client satisfaction.
Various Locations Available.
Full Time Working hours:
Mon-Fri 7AM - 7PM (1 hour break)
Sat 7AM - 12PM (1 hour break)
