Job Duties:
Address enquiries on campaign promotion & enquiries on account services
Address enquiries on transactional information within member’s account
Attend to customer inquiries and improve service procedures
Investigate and resolve order-related issues promptly and effectively
Provide feedback to management to enhance products and services
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level with 2 - 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in contact center
Resourceful, possess good communication & inter-personal skills
Proactive and attentive to details
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Other Information
Salary Up to $2700 (Basic + Allowance + Incentive)
Working hours 9am to 9pm (Shift, 2 days work, 2 days off)
