Job Description
• Focus on achieving daily store sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
• Ensure high standards of customer service among team members, provide product knowledge to assist customers, and handle queries professionally.
• Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any promotions and mechanics or in-store activities.
• Conduct customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining professionalism and respect.
• Maintain store presentation, replenish shelves, adhere to merchandising standards, and manage stock expiration dates.
• Stay attentive to customers, monitor for suspicious behavior, conduct shop surveillance, and supervise high-value items.
• Support store initiatives such as stock takes or changes, and perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
• At least 1-2 years of cashiering experience
• Customer service oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays
