The Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) provides coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the Datacenter Physical Security Operations program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, timelines, and required specifications. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is highly collaborative in nature providing support for both internal and client teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Project manage the end-to-end process for implementing security operations at new sites and site expansions within Datacenter Physical Security, which includes utilizing project schedules to adhere to the requirements for the individual project, assigning tasks, ensuring project work is complete and on schedule, facilitate, communicate, and identify status expectations, assign new work and ensuring quality and completeness of work.
  2. Collaborate with the Regional Security Managers to coordinate new screening implementations and screening expansions within Datacenter Physical Security.
  3. Research and compile information for creation of business cases and proposals.
  4. Presents to large groups of stakeholders when necessary for training, information disbursement, etc.
  5. Act as point of contact and connection for field personnel to headquarters as it relates to new sites and site expansions in region.
  6. Schedules, facilitates, and takes notes for client and internal meetings.
  7. Regularly organize and facilitate regional meetings and provide client with status updates.
  8. Provide operational support as needed as assigned by the Operations Support Manager.
  9. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
  10. Conducts annual review of operational-related documents in partnership with stakeholders; identifies opportunities for process improvement.
  11. Maintains a “customer service” approach to problem solving and works with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
  12. At the direction of the Operations Support Manager, performs other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country the position is based out of.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  1. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree and two years of related experience required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
