What You Can Expect of the Job
- You’ll perform day to day AP transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AP data.
- You’ll process accounting payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- You’ll ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system
- You’ll manage vendor invoices by matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and authorized approval.
- You’ll process fixed asset transactions, such as assets acquisition, disposal, transfer and performance depreciation run.
- You’ll maintain all IKS documentations/processes, ensuring that the data is up to date.
- You’ll assist in controlling functions where necessary
- You’ll perform monthly accounts closing procedures
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / ACCA
- 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in performing equivalent or similar duties required for the position.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
