Position Summary
The Project Coordinator organizes, executes, and coordinate the projects events and administration work. This position will report to the head of PMO and support the project managers to comply the internal project standard. The Project Coordinator will have the exposure to join the global IT project implementation and work with different nations and culture in ASM.

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator organizes, executes, and coordinate the projects events and administration work. This position will report to the head of PMO and support the project managers to comply the internal project standard. The Project Coordinator will have the exposure to join the global IT project implementation and work with different nations and culture in ASM.
This role will be based in: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project onboarding process, ensure the internal compliance, contractual filing, and project site setup
- Coordinate with finance for the project accounting, support the budget and expense tracking
- Support PMO to implement the standard process, documentation, and project templates
- Organize and coordinate key meeting and events, ensure the invitation, agenda, minutes and the logistics setup
- Responsible for project status consolidation and the PMO dashboard update
- Support project data analysis and prepare reports
- Support the User acceptance test, helping to create test script
- Assist the training manager to prepare user manual and conduct training
- Follow up the project issues and the action owners for the status update
- Coordinate travel and accommodation work
- Support the vendor onsite process, ensure the administrate, safety and security
- At least Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related discipline
- Min of 4 years project coordinator experience in IT software industry, understand the project event setup, like Blueprint workshop, UAT & training
- Familiarize with project management life cycle and project data analysis
- Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint application
- Experience in MS TEAM, SharePoint and OneNote is preferred
- Understand the global work environment and flexible to support other time zones
- Fast learner: Agility thinking and eager to learn, able to practice the new knowledge/ skill in a short time
- Communications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Work under pressure: good in multi-tasking, well organize and able to work under deadline
- Peer Relationships: Can quickly find common ground, is seen as a team player and is cooperative; easily gains trust and support of peers; encourages collaboration
