Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building materials sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct cold calls on projects and companies in the field to generate new business.
  • Submit weekly sales run sheets detailing visits to clients, project follow-ups, and site demonstrations.
  • Deliver technical presentations and provide comprehensive product training and support to contractors and engineers.
  • Offer on-site technical installation training to contractors and engineers when requested.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss current and potential sales opportunities.
  • Proactively follow up on contacts and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
