Your Mission

Be responsible to drive the end-to-end delivery of our PaaS platform capabilities for our internal mobile resource management and for our Carrier and MVNO. Our PaaS platform is a key component of our product offering ensuring our customers and internal team have a fully automated system to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SIM cards and eSIM resources that are dispatched into devices. Our PaaS platform integrates component such as SIM provisioning, utilization analytics, and A.I. driven dispatch policies to ensure the our customer with the best quality of experience at a lowest cost.

The Product Manager shall:

· lead engagement with key customers, mobile carriers and MVNO partners to scope their needs and design solution

· work closely with our operation team to understand our own needs and translate it into effective product.

· Simplify and maintain a consistent experience across product, interface and product marketing documentation.

Key success metrics will be a combination of NPS score, successful launch of product that meet customer requirements and adoption.

Main Responsibilities

The main aspects of your mission would consist in:

· Owning the PaaS product definition, its value proposition, UX/UI, its roadmap priorities and ensure execution by our engineering team;

· Defining all the processes related to our product lifecycle;

· Writing the required product specifications, and product documentation;

· Develop data model to optimize SIM supply and cost management and translate it into valuable product for customer

· Designing all the external materials for customer and business partner including documentations and product marketing presentations;

· Ensuring proper training of various team using the product

· Collaborating with engineering and business development to solve critical business challenges;

· Ensuring timely execution of roadmap and overall product and services quality.

Desired Competence and Experience

• Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Sciences or similar

• At least 10 years in software product development and SaaS

• Experience with eTOM and TM Forum Frameworks

• Experience dealing with data driven product, building A.I. model, and machine learning

• Experience in product development of SaaS inventory management system for mobile environment

• Proven experience in product management for MVNO / MNO business support system (BSS).

• Not afraid to be hands-on with a critical reasoning, creative eye, good imagination and curious mindset

• Passion for answering difficult business questions related to user journey, software interface and organization of workflow. Sharp eyes to look for details, inconsistencies, or defects.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a remote team environment

• Strong project management and desire to own many projects at one time

• Outstanding communication skills (both in presentation and comprehension)

• A high-level of interest in the mobile Internet, 4G/5G, and IoT/consumer electronics industries

• English, and Chinese mandarin bilingual
