Responsibilities
1.Study clinical workflows and processes for improvement. This will include conducting patient surveys, data collection and process flow analysis to improve future clinic workflows at Medical Centre Level 18/19.
2.Further develop and update Orthopaedic Surgery’s internet and intranet website and condition brochures, such as:
•Assist to update any outdated content information and work with doctors and stakeholders to write up any new content for the website.
•Review and edit the webpages to ensure consistency and relevance.
•Assist in contributing and compiling the content for intranet site.
•Review and update condition brochures and explore digitisation of the brochures.
3.Provide logistical and administrative support for department activities, symposiums and events such as organising new launch, retreats, public outreach engagement.
4. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office software and photo and basic graphic design tools
- Understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tools. Experience with social media, content creation, and campaign management is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for drafting reports and presentations
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
