Role Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales growth in retail, food service and online. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with key customers, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Devise comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead marketing initiatives by creating marketing calendar and implement integrated marketing campaigns by targeting offline, online an on-premises channels.

2. Trade Marketing Execution:

Collaborate with commercial team to develop and execute effective point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays to increase brand visibility in stores. Drive the online presence of the brand through e-commerce platforms and other digital channels such as website and social media platforms. Create social calendar and optimize online content, ensuring alignment with trade-focused objectives. Visit the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected. Monitor and analyse marketingperformance metrics, providing insights to improve marketing efforts.

4. Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Ensure effective communication and coordination between inter-departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with strong collaborative skills.
