- Manage and track project development from beginning to end, including working with stakeholders to ensure implementation of business requirements and performing user testing of the configured rules in the system.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are executed within timeframe and budget.
- Regular report on project progress, issues and solutions to stakeholders.
- Align and implement customer loyalty programs together with customer, marketing and sales teams to drive business goals and outcomes, such as customer acquisition and retention.
- Track and follow up with issues, requirements and enhancements on the platform.
- Measure and propose strategies to improve the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues promptly and improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the team in administrative and operational duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven experience in a customer-facing role, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to perform tasks effectively and accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyse customer behaviour data or trending reports.
- Able to handle large volume of requests and adapt to changing business needs to cater for the different customer/market conditions.
- Team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer loyalty platforms will be a bonus.
Working Experience
- Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant working experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
