Job Responsibilities:
Summary of role requirements:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote Remode Hub’s range of home products, including automated laundry racks, Bathroom vanity, and other home automation systems to potential customers. Demonstrate product functionality and benefits to create interest and drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Approach, engage, and interact with customers in-store, at promotional events, or during roadshows to educate them on the features and benefits of the products.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns about the products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals as set by the management team.Assist customers with purchases, including providing product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Product Demonstrations: Set up and conduct live demonstrations of products, showcasing how Remode Hub’s solutions work and how they can improve customers' day-to-day life. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of demo units and ensure displays are visually appealing.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales and customer inquiries, and report results to the sales team or management at the end of each day.
- Event Participation:Represent Remode Hub at events such as trade shows, exhibitions, or corporate presentations, promoting products to a larger audience. Assist in setting up booths and creating an engaging display to attract customers.
- Market Feedback:Gather feedback from customers about their experience with the products and share insights with the product development team to help improve offerings.
