Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our client base within the grants sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of grant processes and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the grants sector. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including non-profits, educational institutions, and private enterprises.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market position.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and address their funding requirements.
  • Networking: Represent Timesworth consultancy pte ltd at industry events, conferences, and seminars. Build and nurture a network of industry contacts to generate leads and foster business relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and challenges. Provide expert advice on grant opportunities and application processes. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the engagement.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor progress against targets and adjust tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Preferbably with experience in B2B B2E sales (1 Year). Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
  • Education: Minimally NITEC and above.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the grant application process and funding landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
