Job Description

  • Source, negotiate and sign merchants with mid to large-sized retailers in your categories.
  • Develop non-merchant partnerships for ad sales on our platform (eg. Insurance, Banks)
  • Establish strategic partnerships to improve the value proposition of the loyalty programme to achieve business goals
  • Propose deal terms in accelerating close won rate while maintaining margin.
  • Manage the sales pipeline carefully to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system.
  • Continuously refreshing sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming partners.
  • Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer success.
  • Work collaboratively with different business units to strategise effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor competition and cross-industry programmes, best practices, and assess applicability and competitiveness
  • Develop a comprehensive and effective loyalty program to drive members acquisition, retention, and repeat business.

Qualification

  • University degree with 1-3 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships or Business Development, B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts and exceeding sales target.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Excel in managing multiple retailers concurrently and closing deals quickly
  • Excellent communication with innovative and creative mindset, able to deliver presentations with ease
  • Experience in negotiating partnerships for loyalty programs is preferred
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues and partners
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
