Logistic Coordinator/ Supervisor (Port | 6 days | Upto $4000)

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower and equipment to ensure smooth vessel and barge discharging operations for construction aggregates at the port.
• Oversee daily operations for barge and vessel arrivals and departures.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with port authorities.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on vessel and barge activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory to maintain adequate supply of construction aggregates for customer delivery.
• Coordinate with truck teams to ensure prompt delivery of ordered construction aggregates.
• Oversee workforce safety on-site.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for deployment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, as port operations run 24/7.
• Perform ad hoc supervisory or witnessing duties at other worksites if needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination.
• Good organizational and planning abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Holds a valid Class 3 driver's license in Singapore and able to drive; company van provided for work purposes.
