We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Group Operations team in Singapore on a 2 years’ contract basis.

Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/ Healthcare industry within pharmaceutical
Minimum 3 Years Of Project Management Experience
Project Management Certification (or proven equivalent experience)

The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Group Operations team in Singapore on a 2 years’ contract basis.
Role
Reporting to the Senior Group Project Manager, core focus of the role is to lead and manage projects including the following:
- Project and risk management of New Product introduction (NPI) through the Gate/Stage process to deliver On Time In Full launches
- Project and risk management of Technical Transfer of products that deliver targeted outcome which may include cost improvement, de-risking, capacity augmentation
- Project core team coordination, prioritisation and motivation to drive high performance & collaboration
- Stakeholder management at operational and leadership levels – internal and external
- High level of adaptability to navigate through change of scope, priority and people styles
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency and speed to market
- Manages Project Core Team
- Lead cross-functional alignment of Core Team to deliver project on time, on budget, aligned with the expectations of key stakeholders
- Ensure team effectiveness; accountable for the coordination of the team
- Build team spirit and unity, working together towards a common goal
- Provide clarity on prioritisation and facilitate resolution of conflicts
- Champion established NPD / Technical transfer process
- Ensure consistent ways of working across the organisation
- Support the Initiative/Project Owner to ensure the team provide high quality inputs and alignment
- Manage projects with proactive communication and recommendation on project status to key project stakeholders
- Drive accountability to Initiative Owner and Project Team to ensure projects deliver expected business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management capabilities through post launch review, enhancement to processes, and addition to PM knowledge-base.
- Identify, advocate and implement areas of improvement to increase speed to market
- Manage project timelines
- Create, monitor and control project to ensure delivery on time. Utilize critical path methodology (CPM) to track and deliver on project schedule.
- Identify risks, issues and facilitate mitigation plan to remove roadblocks, escalate as appropriate
- Project status management
- Update Project Portfolio Tracker on the status of projects being managed in accordance with agreed timeframes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience and personal attributes:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/ Healthcare industry within pharmaceutical
Minimum 3 Years Of Project Management Experience
Project Management Certification (or proven equivalent experience)
Problem Solving mindset
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where little standardization exists.
- Ability to facilitate technical problem solving. Experience with problem solving and decision-making tools a plus.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present complex information in a simple way and adapt the message to the audience
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word
- Autonomous, able to seek answers and build internal and external relationships
- Team player, demonstrating high level of leadership
