We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:
Building strong relationships: You will develop and maintain relationships with clients across various industries to understand their unique hiring needs.
Sourcing top talent: Utilize various channels to identify, attract, and qualify high-caliber candidates for open positions. This may include job boards, social media recruiting, networking, and candidate databases.

Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Possesses a strong understanding of the Singaporean employment landscape and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
