RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and performance improvement.
- Transformation Initiatives:
- Lead HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee experience, and organizational culture.
- Utilize data analytics to assess HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition & management strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Implement employee development programs that foster career growth and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with teams to conduct surveys and feedback sessions, analyzing results to inform action plans.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing policies that mitigate risk.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare reports for leadership on workforce trends, employee engagement, and organizational health.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min. 5-10 years in HR consulting / HR Transformation / Organizational Design
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
- Experience in change management methodologies
