RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and performance improvement.
  • Transformation Initiatives:
  • Lead HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee experience, and organizational culture.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition & management strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Implement employee development programs that foster career growth and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct surveys and feedback sessions, analyzing results to inform action plans.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing policies that mitigate risk.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on workforce trends, employee engagement, and organizational health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 5-10 years in HR consulting / HR Transformation / Organizational Design
  • Proven track record in leading HR transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in change management methodologies
