Main Purpose of Role:
Reporting to the e-Commerce Fulfilment Operations Supervisor, the Picker / Packer plays a crucial role in supporting end-to-end e-Commerce fulfilment operations, encompassing inbound receiving. This position demands close collaboration with various team members within the e-Commerce Fulfilment Team.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick and pack products based on customers’ orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Conduct thorough quality checks during picking and packing processes, promptly reporting any issues to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support for the e-Commerce fulfilment team, including assistance with picking, packing, and product quality control.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify the accuracy of received products against delivery documents, and promptly put away items in designated storage locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock take activities to uphold accurate inventory records.
• Adhere strictly to good manufacturing practices and workplace safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the work area at all times.
• Fulfil any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Period: 1 Nov - 31 Dec 2024 & 16 Nov- 31 Dec 2024
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in English comprehension.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items as required.
• Availability to work rotating shifts for 5 days per week, including overtime on off days and rest days.
