We currently have an opportunity for a manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a leading halal F&B company under The Halal Mixologist group. You will be working in a beautiful setting with a team of cheerful, happy, and efficient professionals! This is 5 day work week (alternate weeks).

BAR & FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage staff efficiently with good and proven leadership skills
-To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the operations
-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
-Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations
-Take bar-stock and manage the inventory and ordering
-Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
-Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
-Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
-Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
-Make drinks and manage the operations of the bar beverage section
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven work experience in a restaurant as a manager
-Proven customer service experience
-Good beverage & bar knowledge
-Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
-High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
