Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Client Maintenance:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Grow and manage projects with clients to enhance service delivery and client loyalty.

Client Sourcing:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Engagement and Networking:

• Connect and engage effectively with clients, building rapport and trust.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and establish new connections.
• Participate in client dinners at least twice a week to strengthen relationships.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to align strategies and optimize client offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on client acquisition and retention metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client relations, sales, or business development.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable appearance and professionalism in client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
