Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Distribution:

  • Receive and review incoming leads from various sources (e.g., website, social media, referrals).
  • Distribute leads to appropriate team members
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking status and follow-up activities.

2. Call Handling:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products/services.
  • Assist callers with their queries, directing them to the appropriate resources or team members as needed.
  • Document call details and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

3. Coordination and Communication:

  • Facilitate communication among team members to ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for relevant team members. (This is only for existing Alexis’ and Jon’s listings if still any left for us to service.)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
