Summary of role requirements:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Distribution:
- Receive and review incoming leads from various sources (e.g., website, social media, referrals).
- Distribute leads to appropriate team members
- Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking status and follow-up activities.
2. Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products/services.
- Assist callers with their queries, directing them to the appropriate resources or team members as needed.
- Document call details and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
3. Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitate communication among team members to ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for relevant team members. (This is only for existing Alexis’ and Jon’s listings if still any left for us to service.)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
