Requirements
Guest-oriented and service-focused
Self-motivated and disciplined with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and positive working attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic command of English for communication
Service
Perform daily tasks: taking orders, cashiering, consolidating sales, serving food & beverages, and handling reservation calls
Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
Assist with food and drink preparations
Perform opening and closing duties
Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Kitchen
Cook and prepare food timely according to SOPs
Ensure food safety and high-quality hygiene standards
Maintain safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
Clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
Undertake ad hoc duties assigned
