Job Opportunity: Professional Household Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Tenancy Cleaning:
- Deep clean carpets, including vacuuming and shampooing.
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, including shelves and baseboards.
- Clean windows and mirrors to a streak-free shine.
- Thoroughly clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets.
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
- Remove trash and spot clean walls and doors.
- Report any minor repairs needed.
- Spring Cleaning:
- Declutter and organize various spaces.
- Dust all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas.
- Deep clean floors with appropriate methods (vacuum, mop, or shampoo).
- Wash windows and screens, inside and out.
- Clean and vacuum upholstery and organize storage areas.
- Sanitize high-touch areas like light switches and door handles.
- Post-Renovation Cleaning:
- Remove construction debris, including dust and paint splatters.
- Thoroughly dust and vacuum all surfaces and floors.
- Clean windows, frames, and any renovation residues.
- Wipe down kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
- Clean air ducts and vents to remove dust from renovations.
- Inspect and address any residual materials or messes.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy with excellent references.
