About the role
This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for our growing food and beverage business. He/She will report to the General Manager of Singapore and matrix reporting to the COO/marketing teams in China.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our F&B offerings and increase customer engagement
Overseeing all marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions
Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market approach
Managing the marketing budget and ensuring campaigns deliver a strong return on investment
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
Measuring and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives, and continuously optimising strategies
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
Creativity and innovation to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
