About the role
As the Assistant Marketing Manager (F&B), you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and communications strategies for our dynamic food and beverage (F&B) business. He/She will be reporting to the Marketing Manager in Singapore and co-working with marketing colleagues in our HQ China.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our F&B offerings
Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media
Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
Maintaining and updating the company's online presence, including website and social media channels
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to measure their effectiveness
Providing support in the organisation of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
What we're looking for
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management
Creative flair and the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing content
Adaptability and the willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
