Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites.
- Plan and develop work schedules and ensure that they are carried out accordingly.
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and quality.
- Audit and maintain inventory, suppliers, and equipment.
- Investigate and promote use of equipment and suggested methods of work improvement.
- Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.
- Analyze and facilitate budgets to identify area of cost savings and improvement.
- Ensure work sites meet budgeted goals.
- Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely, and effective communication within all levels of the business.
- Job assignment and scheduling for employees in different job sites.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to communicate and work together with different races.
- Good organization skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to supervise staff.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Work location: Kaki Bukit
Work hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
