Reporting to the Senior Clubhouse Operations Executive, your duties as a Customer Service Ambassador are detailed below:

1. Daily Operations

a. Operation of the Club’s Front Desk.

b. Receipt of mail.

c. Attending to all telephone calls at the Front Desk.

d. Typing of correspondence as directed by the reporting supervisor.

e. Collection of fees and issue of coupons for the rental/charter of Club’s facilities as well as for all Club’s events and activities.

f. Maintaining a register of members’ bookings whenever they wish to utilise a Club facility/service or to participate in any activity organised by the Club.

Maintaining a log of all conversations and teleconversations conducted with members of the Club or members of the public, pertaining to matters that have a bearing on future events / undertakings / contracts such as bookings / reservations / confirmations for courses / activities / charter of facilities.

Preparation of daily and monthly reports pertaining to events, courses, towels, merchandise and any other membership reports.

2. Membership Administration

a. Issue and receipt of membership application forms.

b. Administration of membership applications.

c. Membership management & matters.

d. To attend to all queries from members pertaining to their membership status and/or their participation in the Club’s activities.

3. Courses, Activities and Facilities

a. To be familiar with and to provide information to queries from interested parties on the boat/craft chartering and storage, facilities, courses, events and activities organised by the Club.

b. To record down the particulars of registrants and to enter such data into the computerised system.

c. To carry out the collection of fees and to issue the receipts.

d. To provide administrative support in the organisation and conduct of all Club activities.
