$1600 basic + $150 Shift Allowance + $200 Monthly Performance Incentives (variable,
subject to KPIs) + $100 Location Allowance (only applicable to Tuas Checkpoint)
+ Up to $250 OT salary

Working Days: 12-hours
rotating shift (10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am) (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 Off). 2 hours
break.

transport provided at Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT Station for Tuas Checkpoint

Job
Responsibilities:

Assist in cards and collection
of payments at the office booths.


Collection of payment (fees
& fines for VEP, Toll, ERP) at Checkpoints’ manned terminals.
Handle motorists’ queries and
provide good customer service to motorists.
Issuance of vehicle permits.
Ensuring operation runs
smoothly.




Job
Requirements:

Minimum
GCE N Level with 2 years Cashiering or Customer Service experience

Able
to work rotating shifts (Including weekends & PH)

Computer
literate

Physically
fit as operations is based on dynamic deployment (staff will have to switch to
different terminals at times)
