Are you passionate about Physics and love teaching? Join our growing team of dedicated tutors! We are looking for freelance tutors, who are bilingual in English and Mandarin, to help our students excel in Physics at the Secondary level.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to Secondary (O-level, or IGCSE) students
- Provide personalised lesson plans tailored to students' individual needs
- Prepare students for exams with effective strategies and techniques
- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Physics or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Applied Sciences). A teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE) is a bonus.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching Physics, particularly for O-level, or IGCSE students. Familiarity with the Singapore syllabus is essential.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Physics concepts, excellent communication skills, and ability to make lessons engaging and easy to understand.
- Teaching Approach: Ability to encourage critical thinking and actively involve students in the learning process.
- Flexibility: Available to teach online and/or in-person, with the flexibility to take on part-time or freelance hours.
- Bilingual: Need to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
