This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive in Singapore. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. We're looking people who can go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience. As a luxury men's health clinic, we need to ensure that our patients get the best healthcare experience in Singapore from the second they walk into our clinic.
Job Responsibilities
Patient Concierge Services: Greeting, handling of patient enquiries (messages, phone calls), patient registration, payment and relationship building with patients
Scheduling of Appointments and
Coordination of diagnostic tests and Imaging
Administrative duties
Assist in-house doctors with procedures
Perform setting up of medical equipment and taking measurements of patients
Job Requirements:
You love serving customers and making a lasting impression!
Good command of the English language.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and high punctuality
Driven and passionate about providing quality service and care to patients
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of working experience in a retail or customer services role.
Willing to assist doctors on minor procedures
Possess basic computer skills
Any educational qualification in healthcare/life sciences would be beneficial but not necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
Sales experience is a plus
