Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Manage day-to-day front and back-end agency operations smoothly.
- Support general administrative duties
- Manage and organize meetings and appointments effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
